1) Can I have a gingerbread heart custom-inscribed?
Yes. You can personalize your gingerbread heart with custom text – e.g., name, date, saying, or short message. Please enter your text in the order field. We are happy to assist you with special requests.
2) Where can I get a gingerbread heart personalized in Munich?
At Lebkuchenherzen-Fabrik (Munich), you can order personalized gingerbread hearts online. Our hearts are traditionally made and individually inscribed upon order.
3) Are gingerbread hearts with a company logo possible?
Yes, gingerbread hearts with logo are possible – ideal as promotional items for companies, trade fairs, and events. Please send your logo as a print-ready file (PNG or PDF) to info@lebkuchenherzen-fabrik.de.
4) Are there tiered prices / bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered prices for larger order quantities. For bulk orders, production and delivery times may change accordingly – please inquire about current delivery times for larger quantities in advance.
5) How long does the production of personalized gingerbread hearts take?
Personalized gingerbread hearts are custom-made after the order is placed. Production time is usually a few business days. During Oktoberfest and pre-Christmas seasons, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
6) How long does shipping take?
After production is complete, delivery time within Germany is usually 2-5 business days. EU shipping is possible. Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed at checkout.
7) Can I change my order or shipping address after placing the order?
Order and address changes are only possible shortly after placing the order, as we strive to produce and deliver your hearts to the customer as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately by email: info@lebkuchenherzen-fabrik.de.
8) How are the gingerbread hearts packaged?
Our gingerbread hearts are individually wrapped in food-safe foil and additionally provided with a ribbon. This makes them ideal as a gift, souvenir or promotional item.
9) Are the hearts edible and how long do they last?
Yes, our gingerbread hearts are edible. When stored in a dry and cool place, they generally last for several months. The exact best-before date can be found on the packaging.
10) What payment methods can I use?
At checkout, you can use PayPal, Klarna and credit card, among others. The currently available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
11) Is there a right of withdrawal?
Yes, generally there is a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. Important: Personalized goods or goods produced according to customer specifications are excluded from withdrawal.
12) Can I return personalized goods?
No. Personalized goods or goods produced to customer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Slight deviations in shape and color are due to craftsmanship and are not a reason for return.
13) Who bears the return costs?
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
14) How can I request a company or event order?
We are happy to prepare an offer for companies, weddings, trade fairs and events (e.g. Oktoberfest/Wiesn ). Please send us the quantity, desired date and, if applicable, logo/design to info@lebkuchenherzen-fabrik.de .
