Our pound cake is made from a delicate shortcrust pastry, topped with apricot jam and dusted with powdered sugar. Each pound cake is individually filled into the mold by hand and decorated with apricot jam and powdered sugar after baking. We make our pound cake fresh daily and package it immediately after it has cooled. All ingredients and nutritional information are listed on the label.
